1. What we offer

Marinheiro Perfeito offers online video courses focused on the nautical market, as well as free content on the blog. Information about each course — content, price, conditions and access period — is available on the course page.

Language: all courses are taught in Portuguese (Brazil). The English version of this website is provided for information only.

2. Educational nature

The courses are intended for professional training and development. They do not replace the licenses and certifications required by the Brazilian Navy (or by the maritime authority of any other country), nor any other legal requirement to operate vessels or work in nautical activities. Each professional is responsible for keeping their licenses up to date and following maritime authority rules.

3. Purchase and payment

Purchases are made and processed by the Hotmart platform, which also provides the members area where the lessons are watched. By purchasing, you also accept Hotmart's terms. Available payment methods and installment options are shown on the checkout page. Prices are in Brazilian reais (BRL).

4. Course access

• Access is granted after payment confirmation, using the email address provided at purchase.
• The access period is the one stated on each course page (for example, 12 months for the Guia Marinheiro Perfeito), counted from the purchase date.
• Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your login and password with other people is not allowed.

5. Guarantee and refunds

You have 7 (seven) days from the purchase date to cancel and request a full refund, under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. The request can be made through Hotmart or through our support channels. After the refund, access to the course is closed.

6. Content rights

All content on the website and in the courses — videos, texts, materials, brand, logo and images — is protected by Brazilian Copyright Law (Law No. 9,610/1998). Copying, recording, downloading without authorization, reselling, distributing or publishing the content, in whole or in part, is prohibited. Violations may lead to access being cancelled without refund and to applicable legal action.

7. Use of the website

You agree to use the website lawfully, without trying to access restricted areas, harm its operation or use the content for improper purposes.

8. Responsibilities

We strive to keep information accurate and up to date, but each student's professional results depend on their own dedication, experience and market conditions. The website may contain links to third-party services (such as Hotmart, WhatsApp and social networks), which have their own terms and policies.

9. Privacy

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

These Terms may be updated at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date shown at the top.

11. Governing law and contact
