How to access your lessons
Check your email
After your purchase, Hotmart sends you an email with your course access. Also check your spam and promotions folders.
Create or reset your password
On your first access, create your password using the link in the email. Forgot it? On the login screen, click "Forgot my password".
Enjoy your studies!
Click Access my lessons here on the website, log in with your email and password and start with Module 01.
Take your lessons on board
Download the Hotmart app from the Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iPhone), log in with the email you used to purchase and find the course under "My products". Watch wherever you are.
I didn't receive the access email
Check your spam and promotions folders. Also make sure the email used at purchase is correct — it's the one that gives you access. If you still can't find it, contact support.
I forgot my password
Click "Access my lessons" and, on the Hotmart login screen, use the "Forgot my password" option. You'll receive a link to create a new one.
I purchased, but the course doesn't show up
Payments by boleto (bank slip) can take up to 3 business days to clear. With a card or Pix, access is usually granted within minutes.
How long do I have access?
